The latest rally was planned to draw attention to the annual meeting of the International Flight Services Association, whose board includes a Sky Chefs executive.
Since January 2015, airline catering workers have held rallies in five US cities in an attempt to persuade airlines and their employers to ensure that workers have access to adequate health care.
According to the union involved, Sky Chefs catering employees earn on average US$11.17 an hour whilst other airport staff around the US have been lobbying for a minimum wage of US$15.
