JBT AeroTech has reminded its customers of the benefits accruing from the purchase of genuine spare parts for their JBT vehicles.
There is a genuine risk of unexpected downtime from buying parts from a third party or buying non-OEM replacement items. In particular, JBT has drawn attention to the safety and quality aspects of the parts that it supplies, all of which come with a year’s warranty as standard. The fitting of non-standard parts will possibly result in the voiding of any JBT warranty at a later date, the manufacturer cautions. These replacements are also part of the overall TCO proposition that forms the very cornerstone of JBT’s line of GSE.
