This year’s 2019 CVP Awards Event was held on Friday November 29, at the Renaissance Heathrow Hotel, and was pronounced a great success.
The annual ceremony celebrates those who have made progress in the area of the environmental policies. All of the shortlisted applicants presented a three-minute video outlining their achievements, allowing those present to share success and promote best practice across the CVP community.
The winners of our awards were as follows:
- CVP Freight & Logistics Improver Award Winner – Mitie
- CVP Airside Improver Award Winner – dnata
- CVP Landside Improver Award Winner – Morgan Sindall Infrastructure
- CVP Innovator Award Winner – British Airways/IAG
- CVP Leadership Award Winner – Ferrovial Agroman
In addition, the CVP Judging Panel recognised Tezeta Shimelis as the individual who has shown exceptional passion for improving their company’s emissions: to that end, she was announced the CVP Champion for 2019.
