The company hosted a Grand Opening at the FBO following the second day of business.
“We are firmly committed to our customers in Dubai and the region, which our new Dubai South FBO demonstrates,” said Hardy Butschi, Vice President and General Manager of Jet Aviation’s MRO and FBO operations in Dubai. “We also continue operating our award-winning MRO and FBO facilities at Dubai International airport, and are extending our maintenance approvals to support line maintenance services through the Dubai South FBO.”
As business aviation traffic is increasingly channelled through DWC, the 600 square metre FBO in the shared VIP terminal adds considerable capacity for Jet Aviation to meet customer requirements, both now and into the future. The new state-of-the-art facility features three customer lounges, a conference room, crew lounge and operations centre, two prayer rooms and shower facilities.
