Dnata Singapore extends lounge access

More travellers can now access dnata Singapore’s lounges at Changi airport as the company finalises its tie-up with China Southern Airlines, Fiji Airways and Xiamen Airlines.

The new partnerships are expected to increase the footfall into the dnata lounges by more than 10%. Annually, dnata Singapore welcomes more than 350,000 passengers at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 dnata lounges.

Airport lounges continue to be a highly valued product for airlines and their premium customers. Mark Edwards, Chief Executive Officer of dnata Singapore commented: “We work with airlines to understand the needs of their passengers. We listened and officially opened the doors to our new lounge in Terminal 1 in November last year. In the new lounge, we want to provide a differentiated and premium experience to passengers and have incorporated many suggestions to ensure that our product answers to their needs. We know we can play an important part in making sure that the passenger’s experience in the airport is a pleasant one through our lounge product. I am pleased that China Southern Airlines, Fiji Airways and Xiamen Airlines have placed their confidence with our lounge product and are a right fit for their passengers.”
