De-icing Co-ordinators and Instructors attended the event from across the Menzies network, including Europe, the Middle East and New Zealand. Industry experts were also in attendance, including de-icing fluid suppliers, customer airlines, airport authorities, IATA's De-Icing/Anti-Icing Quality Control Pool and the handler's new partners, Airline Services.
At the event, Menzies teams met with industry experts to share knowledge and tools to enable safe operations in cold weather. This annual event focuses on improving standards of safety and performance through the sharing of knowledge and expertise. Throughout the conference delegates were able to discuss the big issues, challenges and lessons learnt from the past season, whilst also having the opportunity to undergo refresher training.
