The largest independent ground handling service provider at London Heathrow Airport, which was established through Air France and KLM’s ground services subsidiaries in 2009, will digitise critical operational processes to enhance internal communications, improve compliance through automated workflows and increase safety reporting across the organisation.
Access to modules including safety, compliance, quality management and document control will transition Cobalt away from paper-based systems to a completely digital framework for better compliance tracking and operational oversight.
Ben Cordingley, Head of Operations at Cobalt Ground Solutions, said: “After a thorough evaluation process, TrustFlight’s Centrik 5 stood out due to its impressive feature roadmap, accessible and cross-device user experience, and proven industry expertise. We look forward to leveraging Centrik 5 within our organisation to enhance safety for the millions of passengers and crew that travel to and from London Heathrow Airport each year.”
Karl Steeves, CEO of TrustFlight, added: “Operators around the world trust us to implement, train, and coach safety and compliance professionals to operate effectively in a digital-first environment. We look forward to working with Cobalt Ground Solutions through their digitisation program.”
