Aviator earns ISO for quality, environment and safety

Ground Handling Safety
Aviator Airport Alliance has earned three International Organization for Standardization (ISO) following audits, reviews and inspections.

The stations were inspected by Det Norske Veritas and certified Aviator in the areas of Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.

The certificates are ISO 9001 for Quality, ISO 14001 for Environmental and ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.

Aviator picked the certificates because of their synergy with ground handling and internationally recognised standards, as well as their strategic importance to Aviator’s operations.

Three audits were performed at Aviator's Stockholm Arlanda Airport head office and included two station audits at Arlanda and Bergen Flesland airports.

Ola Bakk, Head of Safety at Aviator, said: “This certification is a testament to our ability to provide ground support and improve on-time performance and is the result of a team effort and collaboration.”
