A new end-to-end communication solutions company has been launched, following the merger of systems integrator affini and critical communications specialist Simoco Group under the Simoco Wireless Solutions banner.
The two companies, which are both part of Team Telecom Group, will now combine operations as one business, offering complete wireless communications services, ranging from initial consultancy and design, through build and integration, to post-deployment maintenance, support and managed service capabilities.
This consolidation of expertise and experience will enable Simoco Wireless Solutions to continue to build a strong presence across a range of markets, including utilities, transport, aviation, government/infrastructure and public safety. It will also allow it to provide a technology-agnostic approach, aimed at helping customers manage increasingly complex communication challenges with bespoke systems and services. Customers will also benefit from an increased range of solutions.
Simoco Wireless Solutions will be led by Mike Norfield as Group CEO, who said of the venture: “The launch of Simoco Wireless Solutions marks an exciting new chapter in our history.
