PrimeFlight Aviation Services has acquired some of the assets of aircraft appearance company AccuFleet International.
Houston-based AccuFleet has operations at 12 airports with PrimeFlight acquiring the assets at Houston George Bush, Los Angeles, Orlando and Tampa airports.
The operations will be integrated into the PrimeFlight network and operate under the PrimeFlight brand.
AccuFleet will retain its remaining operations and continue to operate under the AccuFleet name.
Dan Bucaro, CEO of PrimeFlight, said: “We feel that this strategic acquisition fits nicely into our service portfolio, expanding our commercial aircraft appearance services across four key markets. With existing operations at IAH, LAX, MCO and TPA, we will be better positioned to serve our customers.”
