Join the training event on November 30 and learn how to make the SGHA work more effectively for your business.
The one-day training course will feature practical, case study-led coaching from Brenda Aremo-Anichini and Maurizio Anichini, facilitators with years of experience as IATA trainers.
Participants will learn how to interpret the requirements of the contract and translate them into operational requirements. GSPs will also receive advice on establishing SLAs that are not only smarter but also enhance safety and reduce the risk of ground damage.
Article 8 and mitigating consequential losses will be a key focus of the SGHA masterclass. Attendees will be trained on interpreting the liability clause through practical examples of how things go wrong and helped to understand the implications of consequential losses.
The session will also examine the use of AHM660 in respect of calculating consequential loss in the event of aircraft ground damage.
