Aviator to merge Copenhagen Airport subsidiaries

Aviator Airport Alliance will merge its two subsidiaries at Copenhagen Airport.

From 1 March 2025, Aviator Airport Partner and Copenhagen Flight Services will come together under a single entity.

The consolidation has the full support of Aviator’s local and group management teams.

Aviator says partners and clients will not notice significant operational changes.

The shared administration covering HR, finance, commercial services and management will continue to function seamlessly, the company adds.

Jo Alex Tanem, CEO of Aviator Airport Alliance, says the merger is a formal step as the subsidiaries collaborate across various operational levels.

He said: “By uniting as a single entity, we are not only simplifying our organisational structure but also enhancing our capabilities. Our combined skillset positions us even more strongly to meet the evolving demands of the aviation industry, benefiting our employees and valued customers alike.”
