GSE Expo Europe takes place at the FIL, Lisbon from 17-19 September 2024. The expo has been created by IAEMA, in exclusive partnership with GHI, and will be delivered by the GSE community, focusing on the needs of the GSE community.

How to secure your stand
1. Please complete the booking form, indicating your first, second and third choice positions then return a signed copy of the booking form as promptly as possible.
2. GHI will compile your stand order requests and process bookings on a first come, first served basis to ensure a fair and equitable process. We will strive to satisfy your first choice positions wherever we can and communicate fully with you on alternatives should this not be possible.
3. Not currently an IAEMA member, but want to join to benefit from discounted stand rates? Please indicate this in your reply and we will confirm full details.
4. What if I want a stand size that isn’t shown on the booking form? Please indicate your required dimensions on the booking form, we will endeavour to meet your request.
5. What if I want to book indoor and outdoor stands? Please indicate this when returning your booking form.
6. Why are some stands already booked? Leading IAEMA members and 2022 GSE Expo Europe exhibitors have been given priority access to booking.
